Ball Mill Planetary Ball Mill Pulverisette 6 (Fritsch)

Manufacturer: Fritsch, Germany
Year of manufacture: 2016

One of the main concepts of the proposed production of thermoelectric modules is the controlled introduction of nanoscale inclusions and the formation of conductive nanochannels around macroscopic grains of the base material. Thus, one of the key requirements is the sieving of the synthesized material with the capability of precise selection of grains with sizes down to 0.05 μm.

Advantages of the AS 200 sieving machine:

  • NEW: digital display of performance and time
  • suitable for both dry and wet sieving
  • excellent separation efficiency even within short sieving times
  • efficient electromagnetic drive
  • 3D sieving motion ensuring optimal use of the sieve open area and uniform distribution of the sample over the entire sieving surface
  • adjustable process parameters (time, performance)
  • additional evaluation software EasySieve
